Yannick Nepomuk Fritz

Yannick Nepomuk Fritz works in the field of media theory, on digital cultures and the critique of artificial intelligence. He has published texts in springerin and the blog of the research group KIM (Künstliche Intelligenz und Medienphilosophie). Forthcoming is a contribution in the edited volume Generativity (Open Publishing LMU) of the DFG Priority Program ‘Das digitale Bild’. He completed his M.A. in Art Research and Media Philosophy at Karlsruhe University of Arts and Design (HfG Karlsruhe) with a thesis on the political epistemology of generativity pertaining to artificial intelligence. Previously, he studied media and cultural studies in Vienna, Potsdam and Hong Kong.
