Sukyoung Lee

Sukyoung Lee was born on a small island in Korea. Through movement, writing, and painting, she explores how the body perceives and carries experiences, and the environments in which they unfold. Intimate memories become the core ingredients of her practice. At times she’s equally drawn to the etymology of words or the glitches that arise between languages.
